What is a visit at Active Dental like?

At Active Dental, we bend over backwards to ensure your visits to our office are always comfortable and pleasant.

The Patient Lounge: We have a very comfortable patient lounge where you can relax, listen to music, watch our screen for some great information or read a magazine. You will always see beautiful flowers in the lounge from Dot’s Flower Shoppe in Parramatta. Our coffee machine is always on ready to make you a complimentary cappuccino, flat white, espresso, latte or a delicious hot chocolate. We also have a selection of teas to offer you. One of our patients even said, “Active Dental has the best coffee in Parramatta”

The Treatment Room: Once in the treatment rooms, if you choose, you can curl up with a blanket or heat pack. We have nitrous oxide happy/laughing gas, at your request. We finish all appointments with a warm refresher towelette to help you freshen up.

The Surgery: Our surgeries are all equipped with a Plasma and DVD. Hi-fi stereos can play your favourite music, or on longer duration appointments, you may wish to choose a movie. Bring your own or choose from one of ours.

Before you leave us we will always make sure you are well informed and feeling positive about your dental treatment and will often call you the next day to see how you are.
